- Free Appointments: If you have booked a free consultation or appointment through BharatKare, no refunds are applicable as no fees are charged.
- Paid Appointments: For appointments where a consultation fee is applicable, refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
- If the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- If the doctor is unavailable or the appointment is canceled by BharatKare due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds for paid appointments will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
2. Surgery and Treatment Packages
- Pre-Surgery Cancellation: If you decide to cancel a scheduled surgery or treatment package before the procedure, a refund will be issued after deducting any non-refundable costs such as diagnostic tests, administrative fees, or consultation charges.
- Post-Surgery Refunds: Once a surgery or treatment has been performed, no refunds will be issued. However, if you encounter any issues or dissatisfaction with the treatment, please contact our Care Coordinator immediately. We will work with you to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
3. Insurance Claims
- If your treatment or surgery is covered under insurance, refunds will be processed as per the terms and conditions of your insurance provider. BharatKare will assist you in filing and processing your insurance claims, but the final refund amount will depend on your insurance policy.
4. No-Cost EMI
- For treatments availed under No-Cost EMI schemes, refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of the financing partner. Any applicable processing fees or interest charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
